before even get authenticated.</DIV>

ones such as PM3.</DIV>

<DIV>The problem might also have been caused by an incompatibility<BR>between
the modems but these customers can connect at speeds sower than <BR>~40k, but
never connect at higher. The weird part is that a Windows<BR>laptop works
just fine at 49k on their phone line.</DIV>

<DIV>is there any issue with TAOS ?? </DIV>
<DIV><BR>most of the calls are terminating duing verifying username and password
and i get a blank username in calls table </DIV>
<DIV>and stop packets in MAX TNT log.</DIV>
