I second Ben's emotion.  I giggled when I heard the "If you are calling
about running Linux on Dell hardware press..." on the Dell helpline.  I
think they are doing great things and they put together solid
systems.  We have been buying nothing but Dell server for about 3 years 
and have really had no problems.  The remote hardware trouble shooting
stuff that they are introducing is wicked cool too.
