Under Debian, there's a 'ud' package, which is where I got it.

Looks like freshmeat has it under the name "Updee"; the output has identical
content, but Updee looks more HTML-centric in its output.  (My ud has an HTML
output mode for putting your stats on the web, but I've never used it.)
