Actually, I think it means that companies that offer services through other
CLECs, like Covad, Northpoint or Rhythms are putting an enourmous amount of
pressure on them.  They all (except for Rhythms) offer more bandwidth at the
same distance from the CO than USWest does, even with the upgrade to 640
Kbps.
