Hmm.  I can see an obvious problem there - try putting the keyboard in front of you monitor, around belly-button height, and type with your fingers.  That pain should clear right up.

"I've got a pretty wide frame, my sholders->arms->hands etc are in better alignment for the natural keyboards than most people.  Normal keyboards are a pain in the ass.
