From my vanilla (Debian) 2.2.17 kernel source: # ls -l /usr/src/linux/drivers/sound/nm* -rw-r--r-- 1 1026 telnetd 7796 Jan 4 2000 /usr/src/linux/drivers/sound/nm256.h -rw-r--r-- 1 1026 telnetd 43543 Jan 4 2000 /usr/src/linux/drivers/sound/nm256_audio.c -rw-r--r-- 1 1026 telnetd 310436 Jan 4 2000 /usr/src/linux/drivers/sound/nm256_coeff.h I don't know why it wouldn't be in Suse 2.2.16. But from /usr/src/linux/Documentation/sound/NM256, it looks like the homepage for that driver is http://www.uglx.org/sony.html. So if nothing else you should be able to download it there, though if I were you I probably just go ahead and download the whole source for either 2.2.18 or 2.4.1. -- Jim Crumley | crumley at fields.space.umn.edu | Work: 612 624-6804 or -0378 |
