Apparently, once Aethera from thekompany.com is released non-beta, they are planning on making a groupware server platform for it which has the functionality of exchange or notes (without the crashing :). Nothing has been released yet though. Also, I believe there is a port of Aethera to windows. Last I tried it, it was buggy, but it's been a few months.
