I have just received notice that my AT&T is increasing their rates from 39.95 to 45.95, 6.00 increase (13%). This only applies to people who get the special rate by subscribing to their phone and/or video service. People who pay the higher rate, 49.95 are unaffected. I also learned that if you own your own modem, the rate is 10.00 cheaper. I will have to check out the cost of buying one.
