Hi Just wanted to say thanks to all who responded to my questions about what I thought was a USB/sound device conflict (That it wasn't shows how much i don't know!!). Since the USB port isn't needed (at least for now), I'm going to just disable the beast and be done with it. That'll probably come back to bite me big time, but it at least gets the problem dealt with. Anyway, thanks again!
