phpmyadmin - A set of PHP-scripts to adminstrate MySQL over the WWW.
phppgadmin - A set of PHP-scripts to adminstrate PostgreSQL over the WWW.
Very generic. Works well. A bit of a security risk providing general
access to your databases from any type of network accessible front-end.
But you didn't ask me for a secure solution, just a solution. Have fun.
