The DoJ has to choose between exacting a punishment that is harsh to MS, or one that may allow them to get off somewhat easier, but confer a bigger benefit on society. Harsher punishment or greater good? I'm with Ben on this one, since I don't think any attempt at harsh punishment is gonna make a big difference to the way MS operates. Andy
