That brings up an interesting question.  SHOULD we pursue the idea of
organizing into a non-profit?  We have certainly grown in size, and the
benefits therein may be enough to offset the amount of work it would
take.  I know absolutely nothing about what would be involved, however,
so I cannot comment further on it.   I suppose we'd have to create a
constitution, etc.

I do think you could deduct a "gift" to Real Time. ;-)  I'd be up for
donating a ten-spot.
