I second that, I got to talk to a live tech on a Friday evening at 7:00 PM
who was more than happy to solve my account problem.  I was very
impressed.

This was before I was a TCLUG member, knowing what I know now I'd probably
go with Real Time just because I know where to find them if I'm having
problems! :-)
