Actually, if your talking about the general 'helpline' its ADCS. 
Sometimes its NTS.  Depending on your point of view you've might of
worked with either.  NTS usually isn't too bad.  Depends on what you
need, and who you talk to. (ie: don't call the ADCS helpline when you
really should be talking to the NTS TAC, or nts at nts)
