Just don't do two ethernet runs within the same cat5 cable.. can cause
problems.

If it's for home use, I'd recommend to pull 4 times what you think you
need. Cat5 solid PVC is dirt cheap ($50/1000 at home depot), and you'll
always find uses for it.
