I read it too, but it seemed that the whole point of the article was that it would only hurt P2P file swappers. Also, from what I have read, you seem to be willing to pay more then you are currently for cable access. Why not wait for your first bill to come after this policy is implememted (if it even IS implemented) before you decide that you don't like it? LB
