It's unaccelerated, but with the GHz or better processors Inspirons come with these days, it's not too bad (at least for a short time). The ATI card in my Inspiron 4100 works fine using the "radeon" driver in XFree86 4.1.0 (it was unsupported until that release). I believe the Inspiron 8200 has the same card if you go with the ATI option.
