Give me a set of random data, let me draw any continuous sample
from it, and I can prove anything you want. This report uses 
a momentary surge in reports of vulnerabilities in OSS projects
to assert a conclusion that is not borne out by a larger data
sample (say including 2001 numbers or the portions of 2002 that
have yet to come).

Expect a significant number of MS security vulnerability
reports now that they have "proven" that they are more secure.
