I interpret ``the code'' to mean the UNIX source code, not the Linux source code. Interpreted the other way, he is either ignoring the Novell situation or rolling the two scenarios into one. He also ignores IBM winning in version B, which would be quite likely. The whole idea of ``the Linux movement'' in version C is silly.
