The only negative comment I have is related to billing and is not specific to the ISP/Cable modem service. When we left Duluth I turned in the hardware and paid the last bill. When got to Plymouth 2.5 months later I eventually recieved a collection order. It seems something didn't process right or a last bill didn't get forwarded to my temporary residence in Grand Marais. So make sure you have all the paperwork completed when you leave them.
