This wouldnt be extremely hard to do with PHP. If you do have PHP set up, then you will need to have some sort of authentication code with the server that you are getting the content off of. After that, it would be a matter of calling fopen() with the appropriate URI and then reading and echoing the content. Also, you might trick around with mod_rewrite ... google it.
