Other than Rekall, there isn't much on Linux that fits the bill. I recently came across a nice cross-platform frontend for MySQL called Navicat[1]. It is *very* Access-like. Initial database creation has to be done manually but after that table/data/user manipulation can all be done from the frontend. The downside is the $100 cost(I'm still on my 30-day trial).
