This link confirmed your horizontal and vertical refresh rates:
http://medialab.freaknet.org/doc/Hardware/Monitor/monitor-timings.txt
Section "Monitor"
Identifier "Acer 7133S"
VendorName "AAC"
ModelName "5321"
# You had misspelled HorizSync
HorizSync 31.0 - 40.0
VertRefresh 50-90
EndSection
Your card drive doesn't look wrong. Not sure if you really need to
specify the chipset. Make sure your busid section is correct. For the
most part, if you have read-edid, discover, and debconf installed,
xserver-xfree86 should do a reasonably good job with configuring X
without any input (Advanced Monitor Settings optional).
