Alternatively, you could use your ISP as your smart host, which would be tthe "right" way to handle it. Getting a static IP through Comcast may not help you with this issue, frequently the static and dynamic blocks will be lumped together by these dynamic block lists if the ISP in question does not do a good job of seperating them.
