Please send this information to the State Attorney Generals office. By not complying with your request to put you on his "no call list" he has committed a crime. Companies are required by law to comply with your request. That and next time ask him for his home phone number, if he does not give it to you, don't give him anything. Also don't ask to be put on a no call list, TELL them to put you on the no call list. Again if they don't comply they are liable for fines and you could receive compensation for your troubles! Sam.
