I think it is compatible with complex HP programs also, but I don't use those so haven't looked closely and don't recall the emulation model that's quoted. I have had it for my Palm smartphone for several years and just use it occasionally for unprogrammed things these days. I recommend looking into this carefully before buying any new calculator-only device. Chuck
