Back when Nanosystems had ads in Computer User, etc I tried buying stuff from them several times. I could get no help at all if I asked a question, and it was not clear whether they stocked what I was looking for. The sales staff was rude and and gave no time unless a customer immediately stated a product they could ring up. Ad prices were OK, but service was so bad the store might as well have been closed. I never went back. I buy from Micro Center.
