Hi, I need GPS for my car, I'm going to do a lot of door to door driving in areas I'm not familiar with. I have never used GPS before so don't know what I need, but I understand I can get a usb antenna and download maps. If possible I would like turn by turn navigation. Any help with what I need and where to get or other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Bob
