Hmm. The only way I can think of would be to create a package and have everyone install it. But I'm not an android developer so I'm afraid I don't know much about that. If you know the technical term for what you're doing, you could google that with "android" after it? (; Sorry, I know I'm not being super helpful here. This is not something I've had to deal with.
