odd thing is though ... that I forgot to mention ... is that online reviews of
the motherboard indicate that RH8 installs fine, etc. ... which I experienced
... but no mention of it crashing with updates, etc.

mode and then started the Gentoo install fromt there. Worked like a charm and

see if the hardware is really bad I would try a Knoppix cd? I *believe* they

getting a system to install? I<BR>REALLY need this system to get

tips, or ways to get past these crashes would be
