Thanks to everyone who helped me out with this. The issue was with
selinux. I'm not familiar with selinux. It was enabled, and blocking
this traffic for some reason.<br>

I edited "/etc/sysconfig/selinux" and set "SELINUX=disabled", rebooted.<br>
