Hello all.  I got kind of an odd problem.  I have a bunch of OS X boxes that the finder is locking up when connecting to a samba share.  10.3 and older do not have this issue, I am only seeing this on 10.4.  The 10.4 boxes can connect to a windows share just fine and windows can connect to the samba box just fine.  Has anybody seen anything like this?
