spambots are smart and we have had problem on the tclug-list, first it was
denying subscriptions from hotmail.com, then yahoo.com, then it went to total
administrative approval.

I'd be happy to open up subscribing, my inbox is protected by RBL, RSS, and
spamassassin, but most aren't.
