A question: Can you guys point me to currently operational, publicly available (for free or for a fee) Wi-Fi hotspots in the Twin Cities or outstate Minnesota? I'm aware of several such as those at the public airport and one in downtown St. Paul, but I'm looking to compile a comprehensive list of hotspots that are available to the public in one way or another.
