Yea, the tech told me you have to specifically tell them you want the VPN plan. He seemed to think it was the same price, but I'm not too sure. I called back and asked about the pricing. The lady told me I couldn't get GPRS internet access with the $2.99 plan, only T-zone access. She said the cheapest GPRS plan was $9.99 for 2Meg. But my $2.99 seems to access the 'net just fine.
