Wouldn't it be better to update the holy altar archetypes and let the individual altars inherit level 120? After all, it's just too easy for a map maker to forget to set the level to 120. (In fact, despite this patch the world still contains about 80 level 100 altars, a few of them actually are located Scorn, Navar City, and other easily reachable maps.)
