I just installed Mandrake 8.1 on a Fujisu Laptop. I downloaded Yahoo 
messenger and AOl messenger. When they were done downloading I just 
clicked on the file and the pakage manager opened up and instlalled the 
program and it works just fine. Hope that helps you.
