I have had the same experience with Vonage.  An inordinate number of
outages, sometimes calls just don't come through, ridiculous SIP
services, unreliable web interface, high bandwidth usage.

Anybody want to buy a Motorola Phone Adapter and a Linksys Vonage Router?  :)
